Athletes collapsed on the field weeping as they learned of their manager's death in the middle of a game in Serbia's top flight
FK Radnicki 1923 coach the 44-year-old suffered a collapse and was given medical attention on the sidelines before being rushed to a healthcare center during his team's match at Mladost Lucani on the start of the week
The professional game went on but was halted just prior to half-time when word of the manager's demise reached the ground
Video of the game showed athletes and staff from both sides in distress at the development
The former Bosnia and Herzegovina national team member, forty-four, was just named leader of the football club on 23 October
